Healthy Relationships

We have one group that focuses exclusively on building and maintaining healthy relationships. This group teaches healthy communication, signs of emotional abuse, how to set boundaries, managing codependency, and more! 

Relationship with Self

This group has been designed to help women in our program improve the relationship they have with themselves. The topics addressed include things like, self-esteem, self-acceptance, self-love, self-compassion, and more!
