Clinical Programming and Services

Our team of clinicians offer individual and group therapy, as well as other clinical support efforts designed to help women heal from addiction, eating disorders, mental health issues, trauma, and relational difficulties. All our programming is gender and trauma-responsive, designed especially for women living with dual diagnoses.

clinical Services
We use a variety of evidence-based and holistic treatment practices to help women heal.

Our goal is to help our patients identify the underlying cause of their addictions and mental health disorders. We want to help women identify tools that will work the best for them on their recovery journeys.

All our patients are assigned an individual therapist that will meet with them two or more times a week. These sessions are used to set individual treatment goals; work through past emotional, physical, and sexual trauma; and provide them with the support and tools necessary to be successful in their recovery.

We have several group therapy sessions each day. These group sessions provide ways for women to support one another, learn new ways to cope, and gain a sense of self-awareness.

We provide emotional support during meal times, helping women connect with their bodies and develop a healthy relationship with food. During meal support, our treatment staff will gently bring attention to and redirect any behaviors that are not in alignment with the individual’s recovery plan.

Healthy family support is critical during recovery.  Our clinical team works with the families of our patients to mend broken relationships, rebuild trust, and teach the importance of healthy boundaries. We believe that family members should engage in their own recovery efforts outside of their loved one’s recovery – as this provides the best results for long-term recovery.

Our clinical team will provide individualized, clinical assignments for patients to complete during their time in treatment. These provide opportunities to further personal growth and progress through the program.
