Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tsp Black sulfur salt

Homemade Blueberry & Strawberry Sauce

  • 2 Bananas Ripe
  • 10 slices Gluten-Free Bread Doesn't have to be GF; thick & crusty bread preferred for this recipe!
  • 4-5 tsp Oil or Vegan Butter For the griddle

Instructions

  • Whisk together the coconut milk, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla, nutritional yeast, and black sulfur salt in medium to large sized bowl.
  • Dip one side of bread into mix. Flip and dip the other side of the bread. Make sure that the bread is fully covered, but don't overdo it.
  • On heated and greased grill, place saturated bread on grill.
  • Repeat process until you cant' fit anymore on your grill.
  • Flip the toast after about 2-3 minutes or when one side is slightly brown.
  • The total cook time is about 5 minutes, depending on the heat.
  • Add more butter or oil between batches, as needed.
  • Repeat recipe until the crowd is full or until you run out of supplies.
  • Top with syrup, berry sauce, powdered sugar, or whatever you like on your french toast.
  • Enjoy!
